Customers are entitled to a full refund on the purchase price of any item they order, providing the following criteria are met:
- Item is returned in its original condition: unopened, seal not broken and an item not damaged.
- Call +91 83799 77555 to confirm on the returns and refunds before initiating the same. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Indian Standard Time.
- Return is postmarked within 30 days of the order date.
- Reimbursements on shipping costs will apply only if the return is a result of our error.
If a customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it for credit as long as the above conditions are satisfied.
Please pack any return carefully with lots of packing material to prevent breakage. Aryans Enterprises will refund only if returned items are undamaged.
